A few oldies. Pete's restaurant next to Mavis and sons, both gone now.And Errol's, which was a hopping place back in the late 80's and early 90's. By looking at the prices on the menu I'd guess the exchange rate was around 25-1.
And around December 1997, a big storm moved in. These waves were crashing over the cliffs at Samsara.
Did some major damage to the pillar rooms.
