Good idea Lovely, unfortunately not feasable. Mrs. Gaynair manages about 30 or so condos of the almost 90 (86, I think) condos/rooms located on the property. Many condos are Jamaican owned, many Jamaican families stay there on their vacations. That means their relatives will be there to visit when the family is in Negril. Also, when a visitor registers their local "friend", they are a guest, not a visitor. Probably they will target the person they are visiting, not other guests.

More than once I've been in the lobby there on my computer in the early a.m. when a hotel - not NBCC - guest came down to report a theft. They had invited someone they met in a club to their room. When they dozed off (passed out perhaps), they woke up to find valuables gone. Then they complain that their room was robbed & blamed the hotel for allowing them to bring a guest in! Even though this could be prevented by what you suggest, odds are once they get what they want from the woman who picked them up at the club, they'll be gone, not looking for other victims. At least I hope so.
