Over 2,000+ Negril residents(about 7,500+ residents) turn out Thursday April 30th(yesterday) to receve free food
Food packages value at $3 million Jamaican dollars was made possible by Negril Chamber of Commerce and the Tourist Enhancement Fund....
Food was purchased directly from farmers and the Negril Chamber of Commerce had them packaged
HiLo and Grace Kenney also donated some free items...….quite the undertaking for sure
30 Police and 30 volunteers from the Chamber of Commerce, Negril Rotary Club and local residents assisted in handing out the food packages...
Big thumbs up to those helping out our Negril residents and kids......many people were smiling for a change
