Hey Lisa,

At Alfreds, with the back and left side open to the outside, Are the covered tables, around the bar (if properly spaced) considered outside seating (like Vinnies)?

BTW, I like 'the sacrifice' you and Rob made, visiting all the open local bars in town for the forum

Ukran1ans....Alfred's has not closed during this Covid pandemic... they've been open as a restaurant & maintain proper distancing with table placement & the amount of people allowed on the property.
I'm not sure if they're considered enclosed...maybe, as they do follow the non smoking guidelines.
