    No Pipe Wata

    since around February 1st wi have nights or during the day with no pipe wata on da West End/Cliffs/Red Ground/Whitehall……
    this has been continuing and lately mostly no pipe wata at night...…
    for once you can't blame it on the tourist cause der aren't any...…
    last time wi had a serious problem like this was back in the Fall 2012/Winter2013 when the pumps needed replacing.....
    mi wouldn't be surprised at all if that is the same situation right now.....
    regular pipe wata soon come mi would hope...….
