Where is your information coming from? We have been all over the West End for the last couple days and heard no complaints about the tap water. Even had some water at a couple of reopened bars straight from the tap. All the wash rooms are working.
There is a lot of trucks with manhole covers open, Flow is doing something and literally hit a snag. They are having a terrible time trying to get a cable run up the West End under the road. It may be possible there are localized lock offs with these guys working in the holes.
