Is it going to be a HiLo? The last I heard it was going to be a "nationwide recognized grocery chain" go in there but nobody would commit to say it was HiLo.

Not sure, FM. Work had stalled for a little bit because of Covid lockdowns etc...but they seem to be back working regularly now.

We heard the same...but more recently & according to the Boardwalk Shopping owner...it's going to be a Hi Lo.
