I didn't know that property even had a name (I've walked by it a hundred times). I just heard that the owners only rent it for a short time a year (I rarely see people in it).

Lazy Days (between Nirvana and Wavs)... I've known about Blue Skies since they opened their restaurant last season...

As far as I know it's still owned by Canadians....it appears they rent to people they know or are "in the know" about their property...similar to a handful of other locations on the beach.
