14 day quarantine on return to Canada. Contact info with place of quarantine required. Penalty of 6 months in prison and/or
$750,000 in fines if found breaking The Quarantine Act. I have only heard of a few Americans being fined $1000 each and expelled from Canada. According to Doug Ford Premier of Ontario as cases rise they will be enforcing the Act.

As far as coming into Jamaica right now....a Covid test is not required for Canadians.
