Covid test for Canadians

Do canadian travellers require a test before arrival to jamaica or just the travel authorization form? I have a upcoming trip in January so want to ensure its smooth travels. I was in jamaica back in October and did not require one but wondering if anything has changed. Also is travel insurance mandatory?
