Yes it's right by office of nature where the pigeon cage is North all the way to the guard shack by the Riu negril. The fencing is mostly brand new and runs about 20 ft off of the water line. Some of it actually runs through some of the blue shack vendors huts. a lot of which it seems that the vendors haven't been back since the fencing has been up.
