We were there in November and had to show our negative test at tbe US and at MBJ airport.
We just returned last night to Chicago after 14 days in Negril. O'Hare and Sangster both checked for the Covid test on departure. The travel authorization was approved almost instantly when I did our. Jamaica didn't ask for the Travel Authorization and we still had to manually fill out the customs form.
