Why would you go to a place that is busy and people are not wearing masks! I would just walk away! There are so many other places that are not Ricks! Keep walking to the next place that you feel comfortable at. It is up to you. Negril is a pretty big place and there so many business that you can visit. Dont knock Negril because of Ricks!
