Got my negative c word test today, leaving Saturday morning from Winnipeg at 5AM. Should be in Mobay around 12:30PM. 12 glorious days at Seastar (first 6) and NBCC. It's been a long 2 years. Can't wait to smell and feel that Caribbean air when I step off the jet. Woooooo hoooooo!!

Just curious, we fly out of Winnipeg too, with a connecting flight in Toronto. How are you able able to get from Winnipeg to Mobay in such a short time? We’ve heard that there is a connecting flight in Toronto with 45 minutes to make the connecting flight. We’ve also heard that many passengers don’t make it to the Mobay boarding lounge in time to make that flight. What’s your secret? Inquiring minds want to know, lol.

That is correct as far as layover goes. Leave Winnipeg at 5AM, get to TO around 8:20 and flight to Mobay leaves at 9:15. Interesting thing happened in TO though. I now know what a "swing gate" is.

Apparently it can take domestic as well as US flights and it was configured of the US side when we pulled up ant there was a backup at customs. We didn't get off the plane until right around 9 but of course the flight leaving know this. They ushered us through a short cut and thankfully we weren't far from the gate of our departing flight. You would think the airlines wouldn't leave people behind, especially when something like that happens.

All worked out. Having tons of fun. Always sunny in the morning, maybe showers in the afternoon. Everything is IRIE!!!
