Assuming they have not stopped because of COVID, Couples Swept Away offers day passes for their gym and lap pool. It's under roof, but open air, so early morning use might be in order to avoid some heat and humidity.

Thanks everyone. I didn’t know Teavelers had a gym. Prob the one across from Negril beach club would be good as it’s walkable from white sands . I worked on those Red Stripe curls in my last trip.
