All it needs is, flooring, power & lighting, tele/data, refrigeration, restrooms, hopefully fire suppression, shelving, stock and staff. No Problem Mon!
This is how I earn my living in NYC. Pre Covid I could've completed that in 12 weeks. Since Covid its taking 20-25 weeks, if you can get the equipment. Soon Come, in Negril? Besides, I remember a pic of the place a few months back, and it hasn't changed...except for the signage.
