Choose Add files
After finding your files and opening them..Upload them
They may automatically go into the bottom half..if not then click and drag them there.
Make sure this box is checked then choose Insert Inline from bottom right corner
After inserting it will put the link into your post...then click on the a/A button in the top right corner....this will change the link to a thumbnail size photo I couldn't get a pic of the pencil cuz i needed my mouse to click the take picture button but after the link turns into a thumbnail you need to hover the mouse pointer over the photo. In the top left corner a pencil will appear. You need to click the pencil and another window pops up giving u the options to resize.
Choose full size as in these photos.

It's funny. I clicked on my "tiny" pic and it enlarged it to a medium size, but alot smaller than Jim_Donna's picture. When I clicked their picture...it got smaller. I really thought we wouldn't have to resize on this new baord, but I guess not.
