Last night's party was a way for Father Jim to introduce the new Friars to some members of the community. It was great to meet these dedicated young men. And the grilled Jamaican lobster was tremendous!

For those who have not yet tried hot off the grill lobster seasoned with garlic butter, you are missing a real treat! Many restaurants offer it, and if you are staying at a private residence, you can ask the owner who they recommend for home cooked grilled lobster. And don't be surprised when the neighbors show up to see what smells so good!
