Time and Trend is the name of the cambio and it is open Monday through Saturday.

Where are any other cambios in Negril now? Any open out near the Boardwalk area? Hate the downtown one. With everything else closing at Sunshine Plaza not a lot of reason to go up that way.
The only "cambio" near Boardwalk is the NCB Bank. Rates are good overall, and the wait, well, let's just say it's not as bad as it was. I am really surprised that a cambio hasn't opened up in the plaza yet.

It used to be that the Gold Nugget Cambio generally had the best exchange rate. Is that still the case?
Johio
The Gold Nugget, located in the Coral Seas Plaza parking lot has been generally $1 lower in US$ exchange than FX Trader now located in Kings Plaza.

I always get confused with exchange rates. Does that mean that FX Trader is the better option?
Johio
Rob do you know what the exchange rate is at th money machine at the new bank at the shopping center
Better than any Cambio, my guess would be at least $148-$150 to us$1 no matter your bank back home. BUT you need to add the banking fees on both ends... typical JA$ fee is around $700.... which works out to be just shy of us$5 per transaction. Remember to add your bank's fee...
