I was there several times last week. Usually after 11am and before 2am. There was one or two mornings around 10ish that I drove by and the door appeared closed. There are several photos posted of Delroy, Loyd, Pablo, Ricardo and others on my trip report West End Tales.

Mi Yard is definitely open, but it might not be 24/7. It is slow season.
