The cans are 330ml vs 341ml for the bottles. At j$190 a can a 24 case would be j$4560.

Bottles are around j$4000 a case, but tag on $30 deposit per bottle ($720) and if you get the plastic crate $600 deposit.

The size difference between cans and bottles for 24 is less than 1 can (264ml) and no deposit/return issues.

Cans cost more if you return your empties, but are convenient and virtually "skunky taste proof" since they don't require a bottle cap which may not have sealed completely. And no light will get in.

The taste from a can is identical every time. But returning bottles is the cheapest way to go by far.

If you get cans, bring a koozie as they warm up fast fast.

And that price holds at HiLo and the larger "small corner stores".

Everything was in a can for most of the pandemic, but it seems like cans are becoming harder to find since the shipment of bottles have resumed. Red Stripe had said the bottle shortage would end near the end of September and that looks to be correct.
