It is a bit of a walk from Travellers, but the jerk chicken at Miss Lily's at Skylark is truly authentic Jamaican jerk. Their smoking and cooking process was designed by Jamaican born Chef Andre Fowles, a 3 time winner of the Food Network "Chopped" cooking show. The jerk chicken sandwich on their lunch menu has been the best jerk sandwich I have found anywhere on the island! I have not tried their jerk pork yet. I keep getting jerk chicken sandwich for some reason.
