If the line is too long at the Scotia Bank downtown branch, there is another ATM directly across the street to the side of Burger King. This ATM rarely has a line.

Yes, there is a Scotiabank ATM at Time Square.
Used the Times Square ATM many times last April. Never a line up and always had cash.
