Please remember that the airport is just advising to show up 3 hours before your flight. The airlines can only process the passengers so fast. If you wait and show up 2 hours ahead of time, you will still make your flight, but because the airline processing time takes as long as it takes, you will just be delaying your flight for everyone on the plane.Originally Posted by NeilFaherty
