Do they serve alcoholic beverages? I tried calling but got no response. I thought they did but another poster indicated they didn’t. I love it there in contrast to the overpriced and Americanized establishments.

They did not when we were there but it was a few years ago.

They don't have alcohol as they are Adventists. But, you can bring your own beer, wine, etc. and have it with their tremendous food.
Had it the first time in 1985 and it is just as good today! Kudos to Sweet Spice!

Also closed on Saturdays for religious observance.
We went with a group from out hotel last Monday night and I can confirm the following things:
They do not sell alcohol but allow you to bring it in.
Staff was awesome!!!
Food was even better and easy on the JA$. Gonna be a must stop every trip now for sure.
