Anyone with new information on Chance's opening date?

We stopped there a couple times a week ago. First time just to have a drink, second time to get a pizza, there's a sandwich board on the beach advertising shrimp and lobster pizzas. But they didn't have any ingredients besides pepperoni, we wanted a lobster pizza, had a drink and went elsewhere. Not much happening there, looking more and more run down. Too bad, used to be a popular place.
We were down in mid-February and my husband was so happy to see that Chances had opened again. We went for dinner with another couple. Got the Chances Special and Meat Lovers - both came out of the kitchen piping hot and were excellent. We went back the next week and both couples got the Chances Special and again, both were excellent. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time there both evenings.
