A couple of weeks ago, Appleton was more readily available in NC than Negril. I considered bringing some with me.
I live in Southie aka South Boston, it's like a one day Mardi Gras. Best St. Patty's day story, there was a 4 story building being gutted on Broadway (the parade route). Some townies (think Matt Damon) breached the front door, put up a velvet rope and charged $5 a head for a byob party . The cop that told me the story said there must have 300 people in the building when they were called by the neighbors to clear it.
When cautioned, she reportedly said to the officer, “I was taking it to show my Jamaican friends that there is better weed in the United States.”
Simply not true anymore. The quality has changed in the last 5 years. No seeds. Trimming the buds. Knock ya on yer @$$ $hit.
