Very remarkable pics Sprat. You have a talent and an artistic eye. Thanks.

Your photos are absolutely beautiful! Thanks for posting them...Wow!
Thank you for your comments....
The inspiration comes from the beautiful people of Jamaica...and how they live their day to day lives...
Sprat please publish a book of your photos, I would love to buy it!
Negriaholic, have you ever gone to her web page for her recipes? God has Blessed this woman with a true gift for seeing the beauty, and a talent for creativity. I am just glad she shares it with us. Each sharing is even better than the last.

Check out her blog. I never know what to look at first the pictures of the food or the recipes. This woman is my Shero.
Truly beautiful work, Sprat, thank you.
What's so funny 'bout Peace, Love and Understanding?
Awwww....Doctoro, you are too sweet, you have me blushing and slightly embarrassed. I truly love sharing my food...stories and photos with everyone...if not, what would be the point. lol...
SHERO...now that is a new one, but thanks...I like that!
Negrilaholic...a book would be wonderful to work towards, but from first hand experience of already writing a book, it took me two years and lots of sweat and tears, not a picture book of course, a memoir. But.....I guess I have lots of time with the rest of my life to come up with something! Thanks for the vote of confidence...
My feelings for Jamaica have certainly grown over the years...and when I look back, I realize when I was younger, I didn't have these same feelings. Each reach has brought me closer to the people...I see things differently now.
I love the beauty of the land...the water, the food...but most of all, I enjoy spending my time learning about the people. We are ONE...but we don't really ever know what we have until we see what others don't have. I especially admire the hard working women and against all odds they survive...raise beautiful, healthy children and still maintain a positive attitude and the respect of their peers.
Respect...and I love reading the comments from others who have been touched and humbled by our beloved Jamaica...
