People you might not expect are JPs. If you usually stay at a particular hotel, the owner or manager may be one.
A JP is supposed to personally know that you are who you say you are and that you have a good character.
That is why I am suggesting you contact a business here that you frequent and ask if they have anyone.
I know about 30 JPs, if you have a problem with the hotel, PM me and I can guide you better. JPs took a bit of flack a couple years ago so they have to be more responsible and they cannot charge for their services.
