    Catcha 876-957-0390.

Route taxi rates are j$150 a leg. It was supposed to go up to $155, but everyone realized that was silly...

Rob, when I call that # I get a 3rd party reservation business who are unable to make the reservation at this time. There has to be another local #. Thanks for route cab update.

That is the correct phone number. You could try calling the Ivan’s number +1-876-957-0045. The email I have is catchafallingstar2@gmail.com.

For whatever the reason, when I call their phone #, 876-957-0390, that third party reservation service answers. You have to tell them which country Catcha is in. There is a big disconnect between Catcha's web site and these people. I've given up. I usually split 8-9 days at Catcha and an equal amount of days on the beach. You would think by now Jamaican business would be able to make something as simple as a reservation without a big hassle.

Try right up the street at LTU. Rooms in the garden with a lovely pool. LTU Pub across the street on the cliffs. We sometimes walk down to eat at Ivan's at Catcha. But the food is great at LTU, too.

I just again spoke to Catcha on the 0390 number and got the Catcha reception desk. They say there is no third party reservation service. Unless....

The only possibility is that you somehow you called one of the multiple hotel reservation companies that the search engines tend to show prominently.

Jamaican businesses can and are able to do things as simple as reservations. I called three times today and got their office.

My only other guess is that for some reason your phone provider is mis-directing the call to a third party. Nothing is wrong with Catcha's office phone.

Why not book directly thru the Catcha website? It’s what I’ve done multiple times now and never had a problem.

Tried that and the Email directed me to call their #. Catcha's #. With regards to Rob's suggestions of I was calling via 3rd party site the answer is a simple, "No." Don"t ask me why they couldn't call me back after exchanging Emails.

    Jay Mon,

Catcha does not have an automatic email response that directs you to call their number. I know because I set up their email. Any response you received was handwritten. If you asked them to call you, maybe they responded for you to call them since you were already conversing by email. And since you are already exchanging emails, why not continue exchanging emails to secure your reservation? That is how the overwhelming majority of reservations at Catcha are made. Rather than asking why they couldn't call, a better question would be why should they call when you are already communicating by email? It saves money for everyone.
