Do all the ATM's in Negril have JA dollars? Is there an option for either JA or US?

I know that the ATMs in the bank's lobbies give you the option of either JA or US dollars.

Scotia Bank downtown usually has one of the ATM's offering US Dollars, BUT two weeks ago, both times I used Scotia to withdraw US, I got the message that the ATM was low on US Funds and had to use Jamaican.
NCB at Boardwalk Village Shopping mall has US and Jamaican.

Most will have the option for both currencies but as mentioned above not always. I have found the big thing in Negril is to not wait for the weekend to withdraw, especially if there is a holiday on Monday.
Only a couple of ATMs or ABMs in Negril offer both Jamaican & US currencies.
Corey is right...if you're in Negril during a massively busy (tourist) week, it can get difficult finding any currency available in the ATM/ABM's. But, that's truly only during those extra busy times.
May I ask, (I'm not an American) why you would need to take out US dollars?

BE SURE TO CONTACT YOUR BANK!!! If you don't, the fraud protection at the bank will deny the card, and possibly cancel it thinking it was stolen. If you have an banking app, you may be able to add your travel dates there.
But make sure the bank knows that you are in Jamaica and the dates.

Also, be sure to check what your bank's international transaction fees are. My oldest daughter got burned by this on one trip after she got home, finding out that her bank's fees were high.
