Ratty2141... I've never seen diet tonic water in Negril. Schweppes & Fever Tree are the common regular (with sugar) tonic waters that are available.
You can get flavoured diet seltzers...the Sparkling Ice brand comes to mind, but if you really need diet tonic water, I'd suggest bringing your own.
