Is there anywhere in Negril to get CBD pain relief balm or cream?

There's a great place in the Hilo shopping center. It's in the front, 2nd floor above Matthew's. Sam has both THC and CBD products. I live with pain after damage to my lower back. He had a topical cream that was amazing. His prices blow Hedo Weedo out of the water and he's a great guy.
