Chill Spot Tour from MBJ to Negril

Planning for next year and looking for help. For years now I’ve wanted to stop at a chill spot, multiple chill spots, any chill spots as we cruise to Negril from MBJ. I tried to take some notes this year for our 2024 trip. I realize many spots are closed during the day, but am hoping to stop at 2-3.

Problem is my notes are not the best. I took them as we drove this past Rocktober. For example:

Chill spot industry cove
Ocean View restaurant Bull Bay
!!! The Sea Star Bull Bay
Right next to Peppe monte cafe and Grill, Esher, main road, Lucea, Jamaica
Two spots north of Grand Palladium

Keep in mind these are my notes as we are driving (I am riding, not behind the wheel!) so any help would be appreciated!
