Yesterday was a chill day at Seastar in the morning.

Wanga picked me up at noon, then picked up Rob.
Scotia line was long, headed to Times Square, ATM out of service! Off to NCB at Boardwalk Village. Cash resupplied!
1st stop Rocky’s Bar downtown. Then off to Ted Ground and Red Dragon. Sheba kept the beers flowing!
    Good times!
Walked down to Colette’s for a few more cold ones. Colette is a wonderful lady.
Cement truck stopped by and dumped about a cubic yard of cement.
Workers used shovels and buckets to fill in holes and make repairs.

More later, got to head downtown to ATM. Errol is here to drive me.

    Bumba clot!
Just got back from Scotia ATM. Machine shorted me a 5,000 J note! Didn’t count my money until I got back to Seastar!

After Colette’s, Wanga drove us to Canoe for drinks and lunch on the porch. Good food and great view!
Then off to Mi Yard for a couple and bumped into Karl Rickett’s the artist! Great guy!

Finally back to Seastar just after sunset.
Chris, Peter and a few others were chatting it up over a few drinks and appetizers. Great conversation. A new Jamaican musician was there and Jim figured out how to play his tunes on the Seastar stage speakers. We had a blast!

Later, it was off to CC’s in the Fisherman’s Village.

    All good here at Seastar.

Enjoying your trip report! Good to hear about Karl Ricketts. We bought a painting from him in 2010 while staying at Catcha.

Chilled at Seastar most of the day yesterday.

Dinner at Seastar, then off to the Fisherman’s Village.

    1st stop Denise’s.
Fernando was there and says hi to all his fans from back in the day. He used to sing at Seastar Inn on Saturday nights.

Then in to CC’s for a few more rounds. The ladies had Bingo cards spread out.

Headed back to Seastar with Garrett and Flam.

Didn’t close the bar last night, but came close!

Baker came over for breakfast and we had a nice chat. It was Keena’s day off, so Oshin is working the day shift today.

Waiting for Wanga to pick me up. Headed down to the beach today.

    Enjoy,

    VVHT aka Happy
