Of the ones you mentioned I'd pick Charlea or Blue Skies. Charlea's restaurant is very nice and an gives a Caribbean elegance feel. Nice spot on the beach. I have not stayed at Blue Skies but I've been on the property and it's very nice. It however isn't always quiet because they do events at their bar some days/nights. It's a very nice upscale place though.
