If you need jerk pork on Sundays, arrive around 12:30 to 1pm at Red Dragon on Saturday. Buy 2 to 3 times you can eat and take the rest back to your hotel.

Let those spices and goodness marinade overnight and on Sunday you will have an amazing treat!

As others have said every day but Sunday for the pork. I usually get there about 11:30AM, have a drink, and then get the pork. Best drink prices around too.
