I have a quick visit coming up. What is the best day of the week and time of day to visit Red Dragon for jerk pork? Do they cook pork 7 days a week? I am seeking best day of the week to obtain jerk pork and perhaps get a seat at the bar without big crowd competing for resources?

I prefer Monday afternoons around noon, definitely before 1pm just to be sure.

Did Mark start the pork regularly again? Last time we asked, he wasn't going to do it. He was also originally doing a variety of pork bbq flavours.
The best day at the Dragon is EVERYDAY, unless you absolutely need pork. Then skip Sunday's.

Mark is NOT cooking pork anymore at Natural Mystic. I just spoke with him and he apologized. I told him he had nothing to apologize about and thanked him for his past incredibly tasty efforts. So NO pork on Sundays at Natural Mystic. But still the place to watch the NFL in Negril!!!

If you need jerk pork on Sundays, arrive around 12:30 to 1pm at Red Dragon on Saturday. Buy 2 to 3 times you can eat and take the rest back to your hotel.
Let those spices and goodness marinade overnight and on Sunday you will have an amazing treat!
