Good to know because I purchased the breakfast and dinner plan which was actually not unreasonable. I love callaloo omlettes! Our family unit overlooks the pool area I believe.Originally Posted by Rob
You have made a fine choice.
The only thing I might say,is there probably won't be too many other children for your kids to play with.
All the family rooms face the courtyard/pool area, (which is lovely).
You'll enjoy your meals at Charela, as you order off a menu (never a buffet).
If you feel it was good value, you won't be disappointed.
The only problem you may incur is, once you've stayed at Charela, it may be difficult to stay anywhere else.
Charela has incredible food at very reasonable prices. I try to get there for dinner at least twice per trip. Live music two nights a week. Highly professional service. (Rob, i prefer Coco La Palm's breakfast)
The beach at Charela is super-nice. I have never seen anyone in the pool at Charela. Nobody, except for my wife sticking her toe in and declaring it to be too KOLD. I think the pool has a lot of daily shade. Go to the beach!
