Hello boardies, could someone tell me if the 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom unit at Crystal Waters is the one closest to the water ? I havent been able to get a property map and thought that was it's location. Thank you

There are two 3 bedroom/3 bath villas at Crystal Waters, one of which is the villa located closest to the beach.

I'm making plans for a fall stay for 6 of us. We would like to try Crystal Waters. They do not accept money to hold a room. I've been told the property is listed for sale. Could this be the reason for their not accepting down payments? Perhaps someone familiar with the resort could offer some info on this. Also I know one 3 bedroom is on the beach, is the other across the highway?
