Sharing my experiences at Sangster yesterday. Arrived 20 minutes early and immigrations staff was waving off the use of the Kiosks for my flight (Southwest). After 30-40 people were told to get into the lines to talk to their immigration officials, they then directed people from my flight to the three or four working kiosks. Worked fine for me, the wife got a “see officer” message and back on a line for the interview. Many people were successful at the kiosks and could use the new gates. The wait was hot and 20 minutes. The upside, bags were there for us and no line at Avis. The road to the west end is rutted badly and finally landed at Westender. Maybe more soon.
