Jamaicans working in the USA - Anyone with H-2B visa experience?

Looking to fill a few jobs here in the States. Would like to pursue H-2B visas for some Jamaican friends. Started wading into the process with the USCIS but they ask more questions than they answer. Do anyone know anyone who has experience with the process?

Where I live there are thousands of Jamaicans who got here on that program. I know you also have to put up $1500 (probably way more now) per person to insure they do go back to Jamaica and not disappear. Once it is all set up they ca return year after year. Here for every Jamaican you bring in, the farms are required to hire one mexican. This may help https://www.farmworkerjustice.org/ad...orker-program/
