Connie?s open

According to Connie she is open for business.
I recently heard Connie?s was closed because she was not feeling well. This troubled me because my wife and enjoy Connie?s (and Connie).

I had Connie?s email so I sent her my condolences and wished her well.

She got back to me late yesterday and said she?s doing OK and the bar is up and running.

So if my previous post confused anyone I apologize.

If you haven?t been to Connie?s check it out, I think Rob described it as ten square feet of Texas. So country music, red velvet cake and her loaded Mac N Cheese.

I must stop in and see her today. Last she told me she was inviting people to her house for private style dinners. It will be great to see her in the bar again!

We had dinner with Connie and her daughter in her backyard a couple of weeks ago. Her bar is there as well. The fried chicken and mac and cheese was as amazing as ever. It was great getting to visit with her. It’s a must do for us every trip!!
