After many trips I must agree. Too many changes. We have lost way too many great friends to illness and Murder. Not on my near travel plans. Damn we had a great time.

re-reading this thread reminded me to pack my earplugs. $2 cures all the noise issues on this thread.

Over the years noise has never really bothered my sleep. I generally have the a/c and fan on so I don't hear much outside noise.

Most of the hotels have mini splits which are very quiet. I You Tube "box fan" which runs a 10 hour fan noise with no commercials.
