It's advertised on Airbnb. They have 4 rooms total. 3 smaller rooms that are very inexpensive right as you enter the property. Gate/wall secured property with plenty of parking space if you have a rental car or scooter. Above the owners place is upstairs one br villa with gorgeous water view. The villa is name "Is this love suite" on airbnb , pictures are very accurate. Self serve kitchen and bar , you just keep a tally on your ticket odf drinks you get and kitchen has full set up , stove, frig, everything to cook as detailed as you want. Nice grill besides kitchen , owners wife Mello is super awesome and also does breakfast and dinner most days with usually 3 to 4 menu choices for each on a chalk board that changes daily. Prices very fair, they just put on your tab. She does a good job. Hammocks around property, the pool is small clam shaped pool on cliffs edge, salt water pool , painted white with rasta stripes around the edge, just cute as can be. Spent hours along edge of pool watching for dolphins with binoculars. Cornhole tournaments, dart board tourneys and great tunes from bar , Scott owner is an on the air dj with a weekly reggae show on a Minnesota radio station and also emcee for a pretty large annual reggae event in the states, plays lots of old school reggae tunes all day. Great guy awesome to visit with. Neighborhood completely safe , our phones said me and Beth walked 29 miles that week checking out stuff, convenient store right next door that also cooks food and is open late, neighborhood hangs out there and they have music and food parties one or two nights a week , we went one night and had a blast meeting people from the neighborhood. Just down the street is another nice little bar called Sunset Walk Bar and grill , Marvin the owner was real nice guy to have a few drinks with and visit. Just highly recommend , would return. That being said you are out there a little bit but taxis were readily available. Approx 25/30 minute walk to LTU, 10 minutes to Murphy's, 5 minutes to Just Natural. Hope this helps.

Wow! Awesome photos Jam! Sounds like a wonderful trip! And you are going back soon? Lucky you! I miss Negril so much and ready to get back. Im retired but the wife is still working and hard to get much vacation time right now. But when she retires we hope to visit Negril more often. Thanks for sharing the pics!

Thanks Jaherring, hey soon come for you guys. VVHT Badnaz says thanks and no we didn't have a rental. Yes on route taxis but most people walked to the corner to wait for route taxis. We usually just walk to where ever we're gonna eat unless we're craving a certain place and then we walk til a red plate comes by with a decent price. Usually go with Niah that hangs around LTU , and if he brings us home a lot times Jubbie is with him cause he stays out by Splashrock so we got to visit with him a lot. Working on some more pic's raiding Badnaz phone.
