As I mentioned, Matthew's is a must stop...

When going to NCB at Boardwalk Shopping Center! Wonderful A/C and a drink selection bar none!

While not new, it is air conditioned! More to come, in fact several air conditioned restaurants and bars!

We found Matthew's last year when we were desperate for a meal in AC. We didn't care how bad the food could have been. My wife is a great cook and very picky eater, so if there's a problem with the food I'm going to hear about it. She had the Oxtail, her favorite, and loved it! I'll be damned if I can remember what I had a year ago, but remember enjoying myself. The staff was as good as the meal too! No "soon come." Waitress was very attentive and food was out reasonably quick. You'll catch me there a couple times later this month.

    Rob,
I remember dragging you in there one hot and humid afternoon! Cold beer and great service!

That was taken the other day. The signs are glued to the painted surface. Probably impossible to easily remove. And there are still old Covid signs around town, a reminder of days gone by....
