    Soon arrive

6 of us are soon to arrive. What should we expect to pay for a private ride from Mo Bay to Negril? How much for 6 of us to go to Floyds Pelican Bar? Do most private rides include the boat trip out to the bar? What's Floyd charging to come aboard now? Boardie input is much appreciated- been a pandemic and a few storms since we last visited. Thanks

Greetings and welcome back!! With 6 people you won't be able to get a standard van transfer. 6 people and luggage just won't fit in a Toyota Voxy so you'll need someone with a full size van or Coaster van. Count on around $30 per person but your first step should be is to have a look at the "Transportation" section, here on Negril.com. It's in the blue ticker tape at the very top of this page under the Negril.com logo. C&J Unique Tours from the above thread is on that list and all have been vetted and approved by Negril.com. Most have a price list to Pelican Bar. Black River and Pelican Bar will be a full day trip depending on how long you stay out at sea so plan on that. The trip might seem expensive but divided by 6 you can a full day for 25-30$/ person.

It's very quiet right now on the beach and up in the cliff's but most if not all the bar's and restaurant's are open. It's the rainy season right now but three things; 1) Mornings are wonderful but the rain might catch you around 2-3PM. 2) If it's raining up in the cliff's, it might not be on the beach and if it's raining on the beach it might not be at Bloody Bay (Office of Nature is a great place to hang). 3) It's hot hot hot right now. +31-33'C. Jumping into the sea for some relief won't work as the sea temp is about 31'C.

Sun Beach is a great place to hang out and figure out what the rest of the day will bring.
