We would like to make a reservation for dinner and had heard that they will pick you up at your hotel?
For those who have done this, do you call them to arrange transport and how much was the cost of the trip back? TIA

I would expect them to ask at least $20 and then a tip for the ride both directions. It still saves you $15 or $20 bucks. Just ask for pick up when you make your reservation. Have fun!!
