when on the Tiki Boat we have noticed an open air market with lots of tents near point village.
wondering how to reach that by road as we have not noticed when driving into Negril

Well if you're talking about the tents setup on bloody bay, between the 2 Rui's, there's an access road to the beach between the 2 Rui's (else you have to stay at one of the Rui's )
