Smoking tolerant hotel

Hello my wife and i are looking to spend a week in Negril In july we like to have coffee and a smoke on our balcony in the mornings and evenings i know of the Jamaican roof law and i also know there are places and people who tend to look the other way and allow their guests a bit more freedom shall we say, have been looking at Coco and White Sands but just wondering what else might be out there
